Request deletion with ownership checks and a clear scope.

A verified request locks the account, revokes other sessions and API tokens, and enters a seven-day queue. No purge is immediate. Active subscription or tenant dependencies can block the request.

Verify

Confirm identity, intended scope, and tenant authority. Never send a password or bearer token through support.

Resolve

Export needed records, transfer shared ownership, disconnect sources, and cancel web billing separately.

Queue or cancel

Cancellation stops the queued purge but cannot restore revoked tokens or sessions. Bounded pseudonymous, legal, audit, billing, dispute, security, or backup records may remain where required.

Deleting the app or a local session does not delete server-side data or cancel a subscription.
